We are a cash-pay medical practice and are not contracted with commercial insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will submit an initial claim to Medicare on your behalf; any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. All payments are due at the time of service.

If you have commercial insurance, we can provide a superbill and receipt for your visit. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, your insurance provider may reimburse you directly. For Medicare-specific pricing, please contact our office—we’re happy to help.
