As our Office Manager, Shannon plays an essential role in keeping our medical office running smoothly each day. She oversees daily administrative operations and ensures that every patient receives friendly, organized, and attentive support. Whether you have questions about treatment options, financial concerns, or scheduling availability, Shannon is always happy to help—just give our office a call.

With a strong background in both medical administration and aesthetics, Shannon is also trained to perform several of the specialized services offered at Total Integrative. She provides treatments such as focal and radial shockwave therapy, PerFacT, EECP, and a variety of aesthetic facial treatments, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

Originally from Philadelphia, Shannon began her career in medical billing for a physical therapy company before discovering her passion for the med-spa and wellness industry. She earned her esthetician license in 2006 while completing nursing coursework, and went on to obtain her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential in 2010.

Outside of the office, Shannon is an avid runner who enjoys staying active. She also loves spending time with her guinea pig, Jimmy, who keeps her entertained with his big personality.
